We welcome corporate customers and work with UK businesses that have large technical requirements.  We work to keep their array of devices in full working order and manage the whole process from collection to redelivery.

We work on a no-fix no-fee basis for our corporate clients too, meaning if we can’t fix it, you don’t pay anything. The inspection is always free. Having built a relationship with businesses across the UK, Satsecure Repairs have proudly achieved a very high repair success rate in servicing phones, tablets and other commercial devices, with only around 2% of devices being unserviceable or beyond repair.

We understand that every business has different needs, whether it be a couple of repairs a month or an entire company requiring their devices servicing by us. We will work with you to offer you and your business a specific special pricing plan, enabling a long term partnership.

Collection Service

As part of our service we can arrange collection of your equipment from any UK location via our fully insured courier.  The delivery of which will be arranged to arrive the next working day. The delivery service will be arranged by our staff along with the logistical return of your equipment.

If you are looking for a more cost effective alternative,  we can prepare and email prepaid labels for you. These will be for the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This method is more cost effective, however it will require items to be delivered to any local post office if you do not already receive a postal collection.

Your Warranty, Our Guarantee of Satisfaction

All B2B work is guaranteed up to six months of repair, in the unfortunate instance that a claim is required all postage costs will be covered by Satsecure Repairs.

Record Keeping and Centralising

Our repair centre prides itself on accurate record keeping and uses a well established, robust system. With our ability to handle large volume customers you are assured that job status, warranty dates or any other data held in our database is accessible as a standard part of the Service program.

All jobs are given a unique Job Reference number per device, which can be used to request a progress update via email or over the phone.
